We visited Phathutshedzo Madima, Co-founder and MD of TIBS at their corporate offices in Centurion. Thinwelo Innovative Business Soltions (TIBS) is a 100% black owned company focused on organisational high performance through it’s Advisory and Digital business transformation offerings. Phathutshedzo shared his experience on the programme and highlighted some key learnings to date.
